These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of My List Trip's Website, located at www.mylisttrip.com (MLT).

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use My List Trip if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

MLT was built with the aim of being the booking engine center platform of iTecHotel property software. That is addressed to third parties as accommodation and experience package service providers as well as direct customers who can join as members. Which is for listing property and making valid reservations and may not use this website for purposes that violate laws / prohibited laws.

All content on this website may not be reproduced, modified, copied, republished, distributed, transmitted, displayed, transferred, or sold without the written permission of MLT / iTecHotel Company.

Copyright of MLT on the content of this website is protected by legal entities in force in the Republic of Indonesia based on the laws and rights of establishment. All product, service and / or company names mentioned herein are used for identification purposes only and may be the trademarks of their respective owners.

MLT is not responsible for damages, losses, injuries or losses that are obtained directly or indirectly from things listed on the website software (eg viruses) or hardware (eg laptops), arising from using the services offered where connected online / offline with existing services; such as downloading / uploading images, data, text material or whatever.

The agreement from both parties in cooperation with MLT / iTecHotel is done in writing with the aim of avoiding things that are not desirable, such as fraud and other criminal acts.

The MLT site contains a super admin, host and member dashboard that is managed and protected by applicable provisions and laws, also contains hyperlinks to websites operated by other parties, then the hyperlink is provided for reference integration on the web which will be connected to each other for booking engine accommodation and experience package services.

Privacy of users, hosts and other parties that mutually integrate with MLT is an important thing that we guarantee the privacy and confidentiality of data for misuse of use. The intended use is only internal and technical between the parties involved in the relationship, where if necessary we disclose personal information only for purposes that are mutually agreed upon in good faith.

As for the force majeure situation; including war, pandemics, threats of war / riots, civil disobedience or strife, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, natural or industrial disasters, government regulations, communication or utility failures, fires, adverse weather conditions, river / flood water levels, disputes or disturbances labor, material shortages or rationing, technical or maintenance problems with bank transfer / payment gateway providers, unexpected operational decisions from airlines such as schedule changes, or unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond the control of the Company, there will be no reimbursement for costs, losses, payment of claims and interest.

The point system is non-cashable. Can only be used as an exchange for a promo, discount or promotion.

MLT guests are prohibited from committing or participating in criminal offenses within any property, including: theft, robbery, prostitution or drug abuse and transactions. This criminal act and agreement will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

For cancellation & refund policies :

Cancellation of bookings for full refunds on room bookings and experience / packaging is permitted under conditions;

  1. For cancellations on the day of booking payment up to 1 day before the standard check-in time of the hotel concerned, an admin fee of 20% of the total payment is required.
  2. Cancellation on the day of check-in, the admin fee is required to pay 50% of the total payment.
  3. When you don't show up or you cancel your booking after 17.00 (check-in day), then 100% of the total payment fee is non-refundable.
  4. For pay-at-hotel bookings, cancellation or no-show will be subject to a penalty by deducting the equivalent Points from 2x bonus points on the member's account. For non members will be cover from hotel and MLT agreement that we will wear with the agreed rules (pay at hotel service is only opened for hotels that have agreed to a mutual agreement, by default pay at hotel is deactivated).
  5. For Experience Bookings only (not followed by room bookings), there is no cancellation of the book, only the participation date can be changed which can be arranged directly with the service seller, provided that the price and availability are in accordance with the date of the change. (We will confirm this change in the system after the seller confirms the service to MLT, if there is no confirmation, MLT assumes the booking data is valid).
  6. The refund process will take approximately 7-21 working days (excluding weekends, collective leave and public holidays) starting when the cancellation application and Bank Account details are received by our Super Admin.
  7. For changes in the check-in date of MLT, an administration fee of IDR 100,000 will be charged with the price will adjust according to the price and room availability on the day of the change. This is done no later than 1 day / 24 hours before the day of check-in.

MLT reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of the Terms & Conditions where our website is presented without your consent. Please check for changes periodically. If you continue to use and / or access the MLT website after a change to these Terms & Conditions, you accept the changes.
